May 4, 2026: Hyojeong Blessing Workshop

On May 4th, 2026, the NGM missionaries had another long day full of guidances about the Blessing, at the CheongAh Youth Camp (CYC). While they didn’t move as much physically, they were spiritually moved by the Blessing content they received from the Blessing and Family Ministry Team (BFM).
The day started with a guidance by Naomi Froelich, where she talked about the value of the Blessing and how going through the process is not only about finding a spouse, but also about restoring humanity’s relationship with our Heavenly Parent.
Nadya Kamiyama then delved into the more practical steps for achieving a healthy, happy marriage by talking about the Four Realms of Heart. By breaking down each realm, she explained the importance of fulfilling each realm before advancing to the next to experience it fully. Between each guidance, participants had the opportunity to reflect on the lecture.
After lunch, the missionaries then received guidance from Landon Doroski about the Blessing Journey. He shared about the different stages while sharing his own personal testimony. Carina Mendez then followed up on his guidance by giving a short talk about dealing with crushes in a healthy manner.
To sum everything up and to answer any questions, the BFM team held an open Q&A panel, where the missionaries, as well as the other young adults, asked all things regarding the Blessing and the process. The atmosphere allowed participants to be honest about their concerns and receive sincere feedback.
After a delicious dinner, the BFM team facilitated an internal exercise where participants had the opportunity to envision their future Blessed life, and what values they want to instill in their future families. They then wrote a Blessing Vision Statement and declared it to others!
The day ended with all participants receiving a certificate signifying the completion of the Blessing workshop. Through all of the guidances they’ve received over the past two days, they were able to deepen their perspective of the Blessing and what next steps they could take to get closer to God and True Parents’ ultimate dream!
